Step 1: Send the scan copy of your 10+2 or A level transcript(mark-sheet) and pass certificate for the evaluation by email education@ntc.net.np or mbbsadmission@hotmail.com

Step 2: After you have been qualified in our evaluation of your marks,download the application form, you can download it from application form section . Fill the application form with a photo attached on it.

Send the account payee draft of USD 100 in the name of "Education Network Pvt.Ltd" , payable in Kathmandu, Nepal., as part of our service charge, through a courier in our office address in Kathmandu.

Note 1: In case you fail to receive admission notice from the university, amount deposited will be fully refunded to you. But if you withdraw your application, whatsoever reason, the deposited amount will not be refunded.

Note 3: Service charge can also be transferred in the account of "Education Network Pvt.Ltd"  through a bank in your country.

Step 3: Once you receive the admission notice of the university you need to pay the remaining part of our service charge.

Step 4: You need to apply for the visa in the Chinese Embassy in your country with the original documents issued by the university and "Physical Examination form" duly completed by a registered medical doctor. The "Physical Examination form" will be sent to you along with the original documents received from the university.

Step 5: After the visa has been stamped, you need to prepare the account payee draft for the tuition fee, hostel fee and other fees related to the university, in the name of that University, payable in China and carry yourself to the university. You can also pay cash by yourself to the university.

Step 6: You need to book the flight ticket and give us the flight detail.

Note 1: You can also apply through our franchise company in your country or city .Please contact us to know about our franchise company in your city or country. Our franchise company will tell you about their procedures to apply.

Note 2: Applicants from Nepal and India, near Nepal boarder, can also directly visit our office in order to apply.

Note 3: Tuition fees and other fees related to the university should be directly paid to the university either in the form of account payee draft in the name of University or cash by yourself after you arrive at the university.
