1. Education Network Pvt.Ltd. appoints you as the franchisee for the State/city,/district……
2. The company can appoint another franchisee in the area where the working of existing Franchisee is not satisfactory.
3. The franchisee agrees to take upon the responsibility to collect all the necessary documents for formal applications from the students.
4. The franchisee makes sure that it does not collect the fees related to the universities.
5. The franchisee will have to give the details of their advertising and marketing strategies to the company before its operation.
6. Franchisee will have to achieve their target as per date given by the company.
7. This agreement is initially valid for the period of one year. It can be extended further depending upon the performance in the first year.
